Description: Our home is positioned in the center of town within walking distance of gift and antique shops, restaurants and city parks. The property is located on the corner of Cedar St. and 4th St., one block north of Highway 18, the main street through town. Under 25 miles from Sioux Falls and the regional airport, access is convenient for both the property and also various sporting and civic activities. The Newton Hills State Park, one of the premier camping and lake facilities in the state, is only 6 miles south and the city owned 9 hole golf course boasts excellent play.
