Description: On The Beach Inn is perfectly located minutes north of Haines on the Lynn Canal with a 180° view of the water & Chilkoot Mtn. Range, 1+ miles before the Alaska State Ferry. We are across the road from no bank waterfront with a private shared beach. We have a future boat ramp, picnic area, attainable fishing and seafood out front, minutes from Chilkoot Lake, and live in the Valley of the Eagles, along the Chilkat River. Haines is a small town of 1500, 2 1/2 hours by water from Juneau, and 4 1/2 hours by car from Whitehorse, Canada. 

Site: We have 1.34 acres of gently sloped land with a peaceful seasonal creek dividing our 2 lots, and 170 ft. of road frontage. The 2 new cabins are nestled against 100+ year old spruce trees, with a drive-thru espresso on the same lot down front, and the inn on the other lot.  We are located on a main dead-end road that brings drop-in traffic from the ferry, and other visitors.
